Thanks Spanjaard, I'd say this is an excellent kit without any real fit issues

Wow, truly excellent build. May I ask how did you do the fuselage scribble pattern? Also, did the engines come with the kit?

Hi Alec, thanks! The scribble pattern was painted by hand - this would be way beyond my airbrushing skills. I did a bit of practicing on an old model to get a consistent wavy line. Wipe off the brush after dipping in paint to get a consistent line thickness.
Yes, engines are from the kit but are a little enhanced (bearers and ignition ring) from the Eduard PE set (hardly visible in the pictures).
Somehow I feel the (multi-engined 1:72) Revell kits from 2000-2010 were better than they do now. Eg, engine detail, more accurate outline and more extensive decal sheets. Or is just that they concentrated on German subjects in that period (He-177, BV-222, Ju-290, FW-200) and on American/English bombers since? Just wondering ...

Super, thanks very much for the info Paul. I would have never guessed that you have done it with a brush! Looks fantastic in 1/72 👍 What type of paint was used for the lines?

I agree with you regarding Revell's kits. I have their He 177 and Ju 290 waiting in my stash, and they look excellent. Alas, for the Fw 200 I went with the Trumpeter kit...

Model Master Enamel was used for all the exterior colours (the lines are the same colour as the underside, RLM 76 if memory serves me well)
