Christian WThis little used look is sweet (see picture #9 around the spare wheel area and #3 with the hanging bumper). The color reminds me on my fathers car. Great paint job - no question.
Funny fact about the kit: on the old license plates we didn't had "B" behind the hyphen. Because it could be missread as an eight. A "B" was possible after Germany got the "Euro"-License plates. But: it's not your fault. It's Hasegawa, who printed them.
Don't get this wrong: only, if you want to have a license plate of this time period, "B" was not possible.

On a lot of kits are issues / mistakes with the license plates. Especially mid European producers. So that happens too with the Netherlands. I'm not a big fan of "fantasy" plates, whose matching to the kit. A stupid example: a Ferrari would never get a license plate starting with "F" in the Netherlands because the starting "F" stands for small motorized bicycles. Or if you see a car (Bugatti e.g.) starting with "B" it's either wrong. Only trucks starting with "B". There is a number / digit system too.
Also the Britains. Each license plate starts with a letter regarding to the year, it was registered the first time. Like (I think) the French.
Btw: the Ferrari SA Aperta by Revell (e.g. SA Aperta (Revell 07090, 1:24)) has a German license plate which would never ever be possible to have: F-SA 599. "F" for Frankfurt is ok. For sure. But "SA" is definitally a big mistake (like "SS"). I think, I haven't to explain why. Our dark history avoids also some combinations after the hyphen.
Another btw: the Netherlands license plate is also wrong. "SA-AP-12" was logically only given by cars, registered between 1991 and 1999. The SA Aperta was a little younger 😄
I did a lot research to avoid those mistakes and helped Revell out or gave them a hint. Sometimes I have the feeling, that the producers don't pay much attention to such small details and that sucks. Somehow 😉
So I never take european license plates without double check them, whether it'll be possible to have it or not.
But I didn't want to spam here 😉 A little excurse. Sorry.
