A beautiful build Geert. I have just acquired this kit and hope to have it in a week or so, and having no knowledge of the union kits, I was wondering if there are any issues I should be aware of. Your work with the metallic brass? parts is exceptional. What did you use to get that finish? Also your finish is absolutely wonderful. I hope my model is a franction as good as yours. You must be a very experienced builder unlike myself.

Thanks fo the compliments. There are no special issues with this Union kit, it is just an old kit but nothing is wrong. THe back seat is a lttle to much formed as a cubic so you have to round/soften the edges. The brass will be a little damaged while cutting of the sprues, those little damages were done with al little pointing of permanent marker (Edding or Pilotmarkers) in gold, let it dry (two days) and the polish it with your breath and a soft cotton handkerchief. This marker I used it also for the dashboardinstruments. The matt colours were done with Vallejo matt paint and I handbrushed it. The green is a Motip Carat Gloss (Light Green 08003) spraycan, but you can choose the color you like.
It is a nice not too difficult kit, I enjoyed it to build and I wish you even as much enjoy as I had.
