yup did it all by painting brush. when i was building and sticking the stickers on the turret i noticed i lost the left eye so i had to paint it.

Looks great but a few pointers
use flat coats after a gloss coat(only use gloss for applying decals) use a dark brown pinwashing and mix enamel mud colored paint with a little plaster and some sand grain and apply on rinning gear and back and front end. And then do a final dull coat.

Oh and as for chipping use a very dark brown and a spomge and dabb the sponge gently on edges of the tank

@Hunter: Darren is Dutch (as am I) and still a youngster 😉 and I think he doesn't yet fully comprehend the technical terms we use on a daily basis 😉 flat coats, gloss coats, dull coat, pinwashing, enamels, chipping. Probably terms he has never heard before 🙂

As Mike said, that definitely IS a scary looking tank! 😄 The "Tiger Face" Korean War version of the M46 Patton! Great job! 👍

And as for the advise given by Hunter ( which is great, by the way 👍 ), if you read the posts of and advise given by our mates on this website and posts & information on other modeling websites, you will eventually come to understand what it all means and what Hunter was telling you 🙂

Hi Darren, if this was one of your first models, congrats! I wish my own first attempts would have looked that good. Everyone of us started from Zero and learned one small step more from each model we made. Just keep on like this!👍

Not my first one but the first one together with the mark 1 where is started scratches and made more detailed tracks
