first of all thanks for your interest in one of my goodies. Yes it is still available to be sold.
To Portugal, I can offer to you two different shipping methods:
(a) without insurance, without tracking, it will be 10€
(b) including both of them, shipping will be 15€.
I can confirm to you that I have never lost a parcel shipped without insurance during my carreer as a depatcher of kits (>30 years), so the shipping method (a) seems to be reasonably safe, too, But of course: the choice is yours.
