The only and unfortunately the biggest let down is the tyres which over time melts the plastic. Had to bin at least three completed models costing a total of SGD $75.00 due to this problem.

Would it be possible to put some sort of barrier between the plastic wheels & rubber tyres? I'm thinking you could reduce the diameter of the wheels a little and wrap tape or even metal foil around them.
