Album info

I started attaching the body panels to the completed chassis. I decided to keep the molded color for the panels, so I polished them using Nexus 3 step polisher and a polish attachment to my Dremel. I wanted to make sure the panels weren't marred by excess glue so I test fitted each panel first and then a bead of Faller Expert glue to the inside seam of the panel. I then touched any seams up with Tamiya extra thin cement. I had to clamp the rear body part during this process to make sure the seams were tight to the lower body assembly, I also installed all the dashboard switches and knobs before I put the body on. I was amazed at the excellant fit and alignment for all the panels and access points for future assembly
