MIAG's Fgst.No 95244 was one of 10 vehicles delivered to Bulgaria in the third StuG III delivery batch.The vehicle was shipped by Heeres Zeugamt on May 10th 1943 and arrived in Nish(where the transfer of ownership for all German AFV took place) in the second decade of July 1943.It received Reg.No B 60512 and was attached to the 1st Assault Gun Battery of 1st Assault Gun Detachment.Fgst.No 95244 participated the battles in nowadays Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia during the autumn of 1944, took part in December 2nd Sofia Parade and was one of the hulls, dug in as pileboxes on the Krali Marko Defensive Line in mid 1950's.Recovered from its location in 2008, it is stored today in Yambol's Museum of Battle Glory among many other StuG's and Panzer IV's.
One day this StuG will proudly sit on top of FAMO F3(Sd.Kfz.9) towed Sd.Ah.116 from the same unit.
