Positioning the driver in the correct position. Feet on the ground, hands on the steeringwheel and seat. Seams on the body still to be filled.
Tow pintle has been modified to accept a copper pin, so the trailer can actually be coupled. Replaced one of the linkages under the chassis for a copper rod as the original plastic part disintegrated into 3 separate pieces 🙁

Otherwise this is a very detailed, well fitting and beautiful model. Maybe a bit less suitable for the beginner due to the very small and sometimes fragile parts but it will build up into a very good looking Bulldog.

thanks! Currently working on the trailer, and will add some more build pictures. Hopefully i will be putting some primer on soon. Although work and study require time as well, i will finish this! But what shade of blue though? 🤔

Fantastic someone building the Lanz. Blue should be RAL 5510 🙂

@dietmar i found on the Lanz Bulldog forum (www.lanzbulldog.de) that RAL5009 is also possible (the original paint manufacturer used it's own color codes and mixtures). That is an Azure blue, and Zero Paints has this (ZP-1033). Apparently, this is also close to RLM24. Looking at pictures on the internet, no Lanz is the same so 'm not too bothered about perfect matching but i do want it to look good. Will try some vallejo 70.963 as i have that one, but that may be a bit too bright?
@simon welcome and thanks for watching!

Build a Lanz (kit 38029) in 2021 and really loved this kit. And you are right that the kit isn't very suitable for beginners. But with a bit of effort it can turn out in a real nice model. Keep up the good work 👍
