Go to your profile page by clicking on your name at the top right of the page, Click on projects on the header and create a project for whatever you are building. Add the kit and any accessories to the project. Once you have done that, go to Albums and create a new album. Attach the album to the project. You can them upload photos to the album.
Alternatively, find the page for the kit and you should be able to create a project from there. You can add accesories to the project from their own pages.

It's not on Tamiya's online catalogue at the moment, but there are a few available on eBay if you're prepared to pay the asking prices!
