RexThis book should say "published by Double Ugly!". I know I have to provide the "why", well here it is. On the outside of the book on the spine and back cover, it says "Double Ugly!", then when you open the book, the Copyright page says "Published by Double Ugly!" then the contact info, the "in Cooperation with Air Doc", then the actual "I am copyrighted" line says "Copyright 2010 Double Ugly! Books-All rights reserved!" (the exclamation points are theirs, not mine)
