Since my ICM Yak-9T is well under way again, I decided to build her a little friend as well 😉 I chose on of my all time favorite kit, Hasegawa's 1:32 Bf 109G-6. Even though it's still a beautiful kit, there is a ton of after market stuff available, to iron out most of the kit's shortcomings. Luckily I have a few of these in my stash 👍

Beautiful cockpit Sebastian. Where did the belts come from? I tried the Kits-World belts and they were OK, but these look better.

@John: those are Eduard's pre coloured PE seat belts that came in the Löök set (with the instrument panel)

I just took a "timeout" from my MiG-15bis project. ...nothing more relaxing than some mottling 😎

Thanks mate! I'm indeed very happy with the mottling. However I'll have to touch up the markings to match the "standard" 😉

After a 3 hour session I managed to put on most of the decals ....the smaller ones I left out, were probably overpainted when the ground crew touched up the paint job 😉
