Album image #1
I will be making a set of these AGM-45 Strike Duel combos as a removable extra for XH558.

Album image #2
Just because I have the Vulcans pylons and they look amazing when on!

Album image #3
After 6 years of being half built I've decided that the Vulcan needs finishing.
I start with drawing the lines for the Camo pattern.

Album image #4
Airbrushed Aggressor Grey.

Album image #5
My Mrs painted the camo.

Album image #6
She did a great job!

Album image #7
I've searched and these 2 Wheels are the "only" parts missing.

Album image #8

Album image #9
I've added the 2 Wing pylons too.

Album image #10
The gear legs are now painted black.

Album image #11
And detailed red and silver areas.

Album image #12
Gear Wells are now masked for brush painting a white looking Light Grey colour.

Album image #13
I'm still finding more areas to repaint.

Album image #14
Gear finished!

Album image #15
Years after loosing the antenna off the centre of the nose and recently loosing one of the side pitot tubes, I scratch built a set.

Album image #16
OK this is getting weird......
After almost 10 years of looking like a big white primer toy, she looks like an actual model again!

Album image #17
And I may have found a way to make all tyres touch the ground!

Album image #18
Engines have quite successfully been sllvered!

Album image #19
Also the 2 silvery/brown areas on the stem of the tail have been masked and painted.

Album image #20
And the paintwork has been finished and s good coat of Klear applied.

Album image #21

In all seriousness after 10 years in the making she deserved something special BROTHER!!!

Album image #26
After some fitting issues experienced with fitting the 2 Pylons they have now been fitted.

Also the first pod to be adapted to 558 is a Data Link Pod bought for her main role.

Album image #27
The pod sits very nicely.

Album image #28
So she's been sitting gathering dust for a while

Album image #29
She needs a clean!

Album image #30
Belly shot after cleaning.
