RuiThanks everyone. Like I said, it was my first show and I had a great time. Learned a few things about how these shows work. One thing I guess I should have realized as what folks would be selling kits...at great prices! Lesson learned; bring more money 😁
More importantly I learned how kits a displayed (contestant or exhibited only), so I at the next show I hope to take a couple of kits and just show them and get feedback.

I attended my first model show... the 2023 Alberta Military Modellers Show.
It was a great experience and to see how a show works and get to browse around and see everyone's handiwork.
My partner even went with me and she got right into it with me and as spectators we got to vote for our favourite display of the show... hint... it has cats in it ?
