I've noticed that there is a bug in the paint stash manager
Steps to recreate:
Add a paint to your stash twice
go back and remove one of those paints from your stash using the delete option
Go to the page for that paint
in the stash manager section of the page, you will see one item in your stash, and another line entry with no information that cannot be removed
Repeat above steps and it will add more blank line entries
