Martin von SchreckensteinHello. Does anybody have experience with ordering from Uschi van der Rosten? I ordered and paid a month ago, got an automated confirmation and then nothing. I inquired about my order on all the contacts they have on the site but no reply. Are they having an extended holiday?

Wim van der LuijtI'm having the exact same problem right now. Posted on Alex's (Uschi's) facebook too and still no response. Very strange as I have ordered from him before with no trouble what so ever.

Martin von SchreckensteinI just got an email few minutes before. They are having problems with German Post and it is taking them too long to process orders. They offered to return money but I have no problem with giving them more time now that I know.
