After doing some research I have determined that the Revell 1/144 B-52G & B-52H are the best kits to start from for the scale, except for the windscreen. However, after further research into B-52 units and models flown with kit provided armaments, I determined that the weapons fit ought to be reversed in the kits. The Revell B-52G kit comes with Harpoons, but has the wing and tail mods necessary for a SALT II treaty ALCM carrying aircraft while the B-52H kit comes with ALCMs but would be better posed with Harpoons. Why Revell boxed the kits so, I don't know. As I intend to build my B-52H from the 42nd BW, Loring, ME with Harpoons, I'd like to ask any owner of a Revell 1/144 B-52G (Preferably kit #4583) to swap weapons fits, i.e. wing pylon and Harpoons and a photo copy of the particular instruction sheet pages for my Revell B-52H ALCMs with photocopied instruction sheet pages.

Belay my last! I just realized that I need a B-52G with Harpoons for the 42nd BW at Loring. So I'll keep the ALCMs on the B-52H and use different markings. R/ Dutch
