AlexHi guys, a question regarding Peddinghaus EP761: I received mine by mail and quality-wise they don't even look close to the picture on their (and this) website. All the collar insignia are simply black, no skull visible. Is this the quality to be expected from Peddinghaus?

As the SS Totenkopf is forbidden, manufacturers/ importers usually remove all skulls to be on the safe side.

AlexYeah I know, but if on their website all symbols are shown, I expect those symbols to be on the product they send me. It would be very easy to add a note, i.e. censored for German customers. Also, I am not certain whether or not the Tank crew skull is treated the same like the SS skull in Germany. But anyway, thanks for the link.

H KUnfortunately the average worker, who has to do this job, is no history expert. So anything skull related is usually removed.
Btw. Echelon Decals has an elegant solution. They put some removeable paper over dangerous 🙂 symbols.

AlexThanks for the info, I will look them up! On the other hand, it's a good thing they make it so complicated - all this jumping through hoops to get things done keeps me fit 🙂
