And, today, I put down money on it. It's on order after I received a 'clearance sale' flier from Lucky Model. They had it for less than half the usually hefty retail cost. Of course, I picked up a KP Fitter at the same time.

Very nice kit !
Be careful when painting it though, I read reviews that if you use the shade of grey recommended in the instructions the decals provided with the kit will "disappear" because they are the same shade of grey.
Easily fixed by adding white to the recommended colour though.

Yeah, I've read two glowing reviews on it. That's probably why the price tends to be double comparable sized kits.

This does mean I'll have to put off getting the An-26 for a good month, at least.
