Agustin PrellezoThanks, friends. I will start painting it as soon as the covid allows me to go out to the model shop to buy paints. If someone has paint references about the saudi colors, it would be great!

CuajeteI agree with Maciej... Unfortunately there are few decal options available in the aftermarket for this deco.

I have still got a copy of the colour references from the (sadly now defunct) "Don Color" website for the Saudi Tornado.
It gives the following:
BSC 381 C: 361 Light Stone
BSC 381 C: 450 Dark Earth
BSC 381 C: 649 Dark Green
How reliable this is, I cannot say. But it is perhaps a start. 🙂

Agustin PrellezoI need the help of a Tornado expert. Those underwing tanks look like the standard 1500 l tank, but with two extra fins. Anyone can give me a reference for them? Thanks.

Mirko RömerHi Augustin, what a great start of this project! The fuel tanks are the standard early RAF-variant, totally fne for an early RSAF Tornado GR.1.

Agustin PrellezoThank you, Mirko. All the photos I had found of the RAF tanks had 2 fins, but now I have checked on internet and I found both types, with 2 and with 4 fins. Thanks again!
