@Jonns: Hab draussen im Schatten fotografiert und mit Beleuchtungskorrektur gearbeitet. Hmm, vielleicht sollte ich es mal bei Lampenlicht versuchen...

liegt vielleicht auch mit am Hintergrund/Weissabgleich. Da kommt deine Kamera nicht mit, die sind sehr blaustichig die Bilder. Wenn du willst kann ich mal eines heute abend durch Photoshop jagen

Hi Christian!

Danke! Das ist kein Rost (soll zumindest keiner sein), sondern dunkelbraune Kreide (Pigmente), mit etwas Verdünnung und dunkelbrauner, stark verdünnter Emaillefarbe. Sieht beim Malen immer anders aus, als das Endergebnis, aber ich bin immer wieder angenehm überrascht.

Hallo Frank! Ich habe deinen Marmon in Munster gesehen und weiß was du da für ein tolles Modell gebaut hast. Der Panzer II ist von gleicher Qualität und damit ein Schmuckstück jeder Sammlung. Deine Fotos sind allerdings nicht so toll. Will sagen, wer deine Arbeiten mal im Original gesehen hat findet sie auf den Fotos leider nicht wieder. Da geht noch was !

Hi Frank. That looks very nice indeed. I especially like the little bit of detailing on the muffler with a flake of rusted metal hanging from the end pipe. Nice attention to detail. Reading your description, what parts were you unhappy with?

Album info

Well, here it is. Completed, but by far not good. It looks better in original than on the photos. I will have to go through the fotos and check the areas to be reworked (...or to do better with the next model).

And again - I did not finish the figure yet. I might need a whole week on Wangerooge to overcome my reluctance to paint figures...
