Stephan Fässler FörfattareIn my 10th build, let´s try a larger model, the REVELL 1/72 scale HP Victor K Mk2.
Initially I did want to sell it but since the interest in this kind of plane is limited, I did it myself over the course of few weeks.
The aftermarket PE were good and I did not use the harness as in the video.
The TopNotch camouflage mask set are great although not in scale for this Revell kit, nevertheless with a bit of blue tac, its an easy fix and the masks give you crisp and sharp details.
If you love sanding, this kit is for you, as well as, if you like to align stuff for hours, welcome to the REVELL world....
Mistakes along the way were forgetting to glue on the cockpit before paint, as well as trying to use acrylic wash on a acrylic varnish, which obviously does not work. I did like the matt varnish vinish by VMS.
It´s an ok beginner kit with decent quality.

Erik OffI love the Victor, but I don't like old kits, so I have the new one from Airfix. 😄 Because filling and sanding is not for me either.
Good build and the VMS paint is extremely matt. I like their products, I think many of them are better than the ever-present stuff from AK & Co.
