Ludvík Kružík Bruce, I wish you a good time building more models with rigging!
I build 1:48 scale models. I use 0.14 mm fishing line for the rigging. This is another way to make rigging on a model, but this method is more suitable for larger scales (1:48, 1:32 ...)

Bruce Huxtable Wow! Inspiring work for sure, Ludvik! I believe that Eduard have PE for cable fittings, for use with rigging at 1:72. I'm not sure if would I dare try that, as I have enough trouble threading a needle!! I will definitely be adding rigging to several more of my biplane models. The Anatras Anasal is waiting patiently (gathering dust, like the one in the Prague Technology Museum).
Bruce Huxtable Welcome, both! I didn't quite get the gap between the propeller and the gunner's pod even. It's too close at the bottom... Not sure how I managed that....

Djordje Nikolic As long as you learn or try something new on each next model you build, that is what counts. Then, you will find the "winning" formula and stick with it for a whilr, then learn something new and so on. We all have our own styles. For me the youtube videos online an AK FAQ book for aircraft helped a lot to clarify certain steps and processes.

Bruce Huxtable Many thanks, Marcin. I'm using acrylics now for all new models, and for weathering older ones. Flat brushes for flat surfaces, and round for small details, and either paint type will give good results 👍

Tyson Tu Hi Bruce, like what you've done so far, but might I suggest a bit of surgery on the Bren - if you remove the grip, it might match up better with the soldier's gun hand. Unfortunately, you may need to remove the fellows left arm in order to reposition it to support the gun 🙁
As for floating items, I usually move things around a bit until things "fit" on the ground a bit better - static grass is much stiffer than you think so you may need to clear some out for the box 🙂

Bruce Huxtable The cart and cooker are complete, so I have to decide if the horses will have all their leather harnesses added, or leave them to graze.........
