Kit was acquired as a door prize at IPMS USA 2023 in San Marcos Texas. Started project on 12/20 ish in 2023. Completed 4.28/2024. Ket did have some fit and flash problems. Overall it went together well. Did a lot of experiments with paint, masking, weathering. I did not enhance the panel lines on this model. Did make hinges for the canopy to open and close. Used EZ line for the antennae and cockpit closing line. Used LifeColor and scale colors primarily for the paints. Tamiya primer and paint (basic paint colors for Tamiya). Enjoyed the build. Took my time. Experimented with techniques for applying decals and using Microsolve and Microset solutions and Gloss and Flat clearcoat. Overall happy with the outcome.
