Referring to a message left early you have never built a tank, You have to do one, if you are that (not sure of word I am looking for, its good ) I mean you are so throe with this build I would love to see what you can do with a tank I would even send you one just to see you build one lol Really This build you doing on the edge of my seat nail biting can't wait to see just a photo a day lol

I have a unbuilt 1/72 DML Do-335 with lots of interior detail in the cockpit and the two engines fully detailed with PE. I am watching how you do this as I think it would be really cool to open up the fuselage to see the details.

Thanks for reply- not really what I asked for (actually I've the saws- they're doing the work good!).
I asked for the handle (bold one, black) for the knife blades.

Holger Kranich
Truly not a bad oppinion!😢 I will try that by myself!
What do you say about the kit? Is it a rebox or new tool?
29 January 2013, 15:36
ole moller
its a rebox, just tried to dry fit wings and they are ouch one wing is forward the other is fine,i think the mold slipped during injection, with the wheels on it looks like it is trying to walk one wheel in front of the other lol oh well
29 January 2013, 15:40
Holger Kranich
Oh s**t, one issue more to fix!
What do you use for reference? Web or books? Or mixed?
29 January 2013, 15:47
ole moller
i have plans for a mk5 on the wall, which was changed for camera work,so thats my main point of reference,i had to cut wings and take a lump away then added another bit to make it equal oh what joy,on the plus side it help with the aileron bellcrank,it now fits inside lol
29 January 2013, 21:19
Holger Kranich

wings are now glued shut, took me an hour arghhh they didnt want to play, then i had lots of sanding to get it to marry up to the fuse just for a dry fit,why did no one tell me lol,but today rugby takes first place and model building takes a break

Erik Francisco Zimmermann

I had that kit before but swapped it with Matchbox`s F22-24. These big kits of Airfix were all but trouble. The best was the Stuka as far as i remember. Anyway, I will send you the pdf 2morrow.
4 February 2013, 21:44
ole moller
thnx Sherif,i havent built many models but the wings, dont seem to want to marry up,though i think i will get this done a bit at a time lol, gives it a bit more fun in my eyes lol
4 February 2013, 22:00
Sherif Sharmy
Do u need the whole book or something specific as it is 120 pages. Are u converting it or just Mk1. Let me know what you need exactly
4 February 2013, 22:26

Album info

this is going to be a cutaway build,to add alot of detail to the inside that can be seen.the transmitter is made and the wiring seen in the wingroot is done, also the fuel tanks are built, wow what fun, progress is slow, however it is getting bits added slowly but surely
