Looks great. Did those aftermarket parts come in the kit?

What paint did you use for the body? Also which other paints are needed? I'm planning to buy this kit and want to make sure I have all the paints too the same time.

Jimmy, the Nismo strut bar was scratch built using plastic card and tube. The brake lines and ignition loom were also added using thin wire. Everything else are the kit parts. If I remember correctly, I used the body from a JGTC R32 Skyline, that has the 2 air vents in the front bumper.
The body color is the Tamiya TS that is recommended in the instructions (I will have to check on my notes which code it is), overcoated with gloss varnish.

That strut bar looks amazing! I might attempt one myself. Any tips you can offer?

Thanks for your comment Peter! The strut bar is just a strip of plastic card (I've used one from Evergreen, but there are several brands that offer a similar product) with 4 or 5mm width (don't remember exactly). I marked the center of the part and made two symmetrical bends (using flat node pliers and a metallic ruler), so the bar could clear the top of the engine. If I remember correctly, two thin sections of plastic tubing were used for the struct bases, and the "screws" were replicated with plastic rod or even stretched sprue (it's nothing fancy!). I sourced the nismo decal from my decal leftovers. I hope it helps you and have fun with your project.
Cheers

Wow, looks really good. I hope to finish mine soon. Planning to add some of the things you did really well. If my paint job is half as good, I will be happy (fully stripped already once...)
