no, not yet. It's resting on the shelf of doom for far too long now. 😳
I could at least start priming when the next airbrush session is on. 😄
Somehow I lost my mojo while working on it, but I really should continue with this bird.
Love the Berkut and sometimes I wonder how this aircraft would look like today if it hadn't been a technical demonstrator and was a fighter active in the Russian Air Force.
Also, it's camo is dazzling...

Robin (WhiteGlint)Ressurected from the shelf of doom.
I finally returned working on this bird, applied some NATO Black and began with masking and it will keep me busy for a bit more.
A lot of masking tape will be harmed for this project.

I think I am done with the main stages of painting. Now I need to mask of the areas that will be painted white, like the nose and some edges.
That will be followed by some careful sanding to get a smooth surface and gloss coat.
It is not as good as I imagined but I think the dazzle camo is still pretty disruptive.
Also I need to get the decals printed or else I cannot continue after the gloss coat.

I made some progress here but screwed up the size of some of the decals. The roundels are too small but I only saw after application. I don't think I can fix that now and they need to stay there.
Decals for the vertical stabilizers are also wrong size but I did not apply them yet. Need to order new ones...
