TreehuggerIf you are into Italian stuff, it looks like this kit is fairly nice, and also contain both PE and resin parts (haven't built mine yet and haven't looked at the parts): IMAM (Romeo) Ro.43 "Red-Striped" (Special Hobby SH48137, 1:48)
My fascination for Italian WW2 planes probably stems from this French or Belgian comic, in which pilots from various countries in WW2, gets shrinked, and fly around in tiny tiny planes and establish a micro community. 🙂 The planes looked so nice drawn that cartoony way I though.

I had so manny of these kits to use for donor cowlings on other Italian models that it was inevitable that I build one. This was a very early model, sprayed with a can of Krylon.
