Excellent work Christian...love the look, theme and great weathering as well for a post-Empire Walker. Might have to be "inspired" by this for my own build of this model 😉 Sehr gut!

Thank you guys. I had much fun with this kit. Of course, the pilot is not Mandalorian style. But I already have a Boba Fett figure and I will try to make a Mando of it.

Maybe you'd better put it in the garage. The resale value would be higher. If the Emperor knows ...
Amazing work 👍

Thank you. I hope I can do the same with the AT-AT. I'm still unsure whether I should paint it original or think of some unusual colors as well.

Go for the unusual Chris, that's what stands out from all the others!😉

Wow! Excellent! Your photo editing skills really take everything to the next level! What software did you use?

Chris T. An
JD as I said in another post it is a 20 year old software: "Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9.0". I never used other software and so I got to know all the tricks and utilities during the years. If you know your software, you can do the same or better with others like Photoshop etc. I nearly finished the last photo editing with Mando in the background and cannon fire - and I like it most. I will upload it soon.

Many thanks to all of you. As a model builder you just have to love Star Wars, you can always get so great at weathering.

Album info

Here is my version of the AT-ST Imperial Walker from the currently popular series "The Mandalorian". I have to admit, I think the series is great and in episode 4 a rather worn out, old AT-ST of the fallen empire appears in the hands of looters, which has totally fascinated me. The slightly different "war paint" and the signs of age make it much more interesting than the standard AT-ST. "So I'll build one too ..." I thought so.

As a kit, the Bandai in 1:48 came into question, very detailed and perfect fit. I added a few details here and there and that's the result. I hope you like it.
