An easy way to mask and paint the inside of the flaps.

I started to paint the area with a paintbrush only to realise that I would never achieve a uniform relust without the airbrush. I made a large mask to be sure not to stain the with paint job of the under body.

This canopy part was cracked when I removed it from the sprue. It broked in two part when I removed the masking tape after painting it. Manages to glue it back without spoiling the glass.

Academy 1:48. The details are nice but the plastic is quite thin make the construction more tricky than my last kit by Airfix.

Good! Then look at the main decal of the cockpit and don't install it like I did. It should be rotated by 90 degree. I figured it out after varnish so I'll live with it.

It was a bit of a struggle to line the wings part with the body. I think the putty will fix it but it will be a challenge. The upper wing is will also need to be shaved to fit with it. Otherwise the location pns won't align.

Got a lot done this weekend, Quite happy with my preshading on the wings. Still I could have stoped one layer earlier, but I'm still learning.
