AH-6J Little Bird Nightstalkers
Cockpit is waiting for Werners Wings additional parts for the AH-6J. Engine compartment and engine itself are ready to be colored. I am going to built the AH-6J with an open Engine Compartment, so I will color the entire engine.
Closed the open gaps with PE sheets since the AH-6J used in Somalia had the long variant but closed floor.
Aftermarket M134 built together. Was a pain in the a$$ but worth it. Way better than the M134 out of the kit

Lenny HoffmannCockpit, Weapon Side Board and fuel tank are painted, weathered and glued together. Fuselage, canopy and tailboom are the next steps.

Lenny HoffmannFuselage and canopy put together. The canopy was a pain in the a%#. I had to fill a big gap underneath the nose. Besides that, the fuselage half's went together very well! I added some dust and wash to the model and made it quiet dirty, but that's how it was in Mogadishu ?♂️ The engine compartment doors, tail and main rotor are next. After that I will paint the M260 rocket pod from black ops models.

Lenny HoffmannAH-6J almost finished. I must say, it was a lot of fun building the model and I am definitely going to get another one to built up the MH-6J variant.
