Can you say something to the upper surface effect - how did you achieve this?

Keeto I wish I did a WIP album but I didn't really....I'll post some of the build pics I have. Either way the experiment I tried here was to use no pre-shading. This is all post shading with 3 different colors of Mr Hobby - 19, 39 and 119 for yellow/browns for the top and 115, 117 and 118 for the Blau. I started with the darkest color and then worked to the lightest. The dark streaks are very thinned 92. If anything got too much I toned it down with super thinned of the lightest tone..Then I used 2 tones of very thinned off white with one of these fancy pansy "mottle stencils" to make the dusty deposits all over the aircraft...This was all done with a H&S Infinity 0.15mm 2 in 1 at super low pressure less than 10psi most of the time...Hope that helps a bit.
Keeto Thanks guys. Tried something different here than the normal post shading all the panels and post shaded the "flow" over the aircraft instead....not sure of it actually worked or if we are all just accustomed to the "panel" post shading. Then I rushed the exhaust stains and personally I think it sucks.
