Thanks Alec 🙂
I'm already choosing the next kit I'm going to build ... to expand my collection even more.

I haven't decided yet what I'm going to build as my next model. One tempting option is the Ansaldo S.V.A.10. After WWI at least two of these machines were used in Slovakia as Italian aid. I'll have to wait for the decals I had custom made, though.

I'll be working on an unfinished MiG-21PF before I make a final decision. I stopped building it six months ago because I started building the Avii BH-9 and BH-11. It will be quite a nice change. 😄

Thanks everyone for your likes! 🙂

The Ansaldo would be great - as well as the "Private Fighters", that seem to be a terrific subject, and for which you already seem to have the decals... Just saying... But of course, whatever you chose, it will be thrilling for us to watch! 👍

Alex, you're right. I have everything I need to build a Phönix D.II, including decals.
However, I have more candidates for the next build: the already mentioned Phönix D.II as a private fighter, the Lloyd CV series 82 of the Austro-Hungarian Air Force with a Czech pilot, the Albatros D.II and D.III, the Fokker D.VII, Salmson 2A2 ...
And I am also still considering whether to venture into some short resin models Aero A.18, Letov Š-231, Š-328, Š-528 ...
And another possibility is to embark on some of my Scratchbuilt projects.

Anyway, thanks for your interest and I'd be glad if you'd take a look at my next build of any of the above aircraft. 🙂

I am sure that whatever the choice, it will be fun and inspirational to follow 👍

I will try to make it so 🙂

I'm really looking forward to Ansaldo, but the decals won't be out until August. The decal maker is on vacation right now.

I've already decided. I went through my kit inventory and chose the Fokker D.VII. I'm going to build it in the original markings as it came to Czechoslovakia. This machine retains the original lozenge pattern painting and the German crosses have been repainted with Czechoslovak markings. 🙂

Very cool! Very interesting history on this one. Assuming you have the HPM article chronicling the changes this aircraft went through (I think it's HPM, if memory serves). If not, I will be happy to supply.

I have the book Triad, which also writes about the history of this aircraft in Czechoslevenia. And the changes in the paint scheme are well described in the instructions of the Eduard - Fokker D. VII MÁG - DUAL COMBO 1/48 kit number 1147.

Thank you for your offer. I don't have the article you write about and I will be glad if you send it to me.

Article sent. It was actually in the MPM Novinky magazine, not HPM.

Thank you, Alec. The article is really interesting and adds information to the markings offered in the Eduard kit. 👍
If I can, I will return the favor. 🙂

Thank you, Neil! I'm really glad you like my model. Soon I will start building another model from the history of Czechoslovak aviation - Fokker D.VII.
I will be happy to meet you for this build too 🙂.
