I have the earlier tooling model. This is a great kit near perfect fit of parts. The down side is the tracks, the way of joining them is fine, but the use of fine wire does tend to send one cross eyed. Yes, the tracks are this kits down fall. After many attempts at the tracks I had to admit defeat and am now waiting for the delivery of new metal tracks. I hope the newer version has reworked the track design.
If it was the first time I had built tank tracks I would under stand, but with years of building all the different types of tracks out there this set beat me..
