LOL, you'll have to look at the box for placement of the map and 1 other thing if I remember correctly, as well as for some details. Did this one 9 yrs ago. Totally cool model though!

Yeah I seem to remember you telling me that before.
I've just gone me own way on it, jazzed the motor & suspension up, chrome penned a few bits, changed the interior colours, odd little stuff.
I always used to think it was whacky even 40 years ago 😉

Interior nearly done, just need to finish the skellingtons off, might give the driver a chrome helmet!

Great chrome on the motor head and other motor pieces. May i ask what did you use on them?

Hi Rui,
I can't take credit for the valve cover or the carburettor chrome but I did do the exhaust manifold & some extra bits like the air cleaner etc with a Molotow Chrome Pen.
Also touched in the missing chrome from the sprue's.

And I used it to chrome the drivers helmet.
Just finished detailing the Generals cap too, looks ok I think.

Oddly, I spotted my Local Toy shop has three Tom Daniel kits recently arrived at £10 each. This one is a level more bizarre. I remember back in the 80's Revell did a bunch of real and imaginary customs too.

I have Tom's Rommels rod, The red baron, Ice "T", and 1 more that I can't recall. Tom's stuff is classic.

I love the old 60's/70's Monogram & Revell way out custom designs, the stuff of my childhood 😉

The Paddy wagon was the other one! I did these as a kid and had to rebuy them and build to give them justice for the poor builds I did to them as a kid! LOL! I found the Paddy wagon in my competed section and not in my album. I should post the others.

All sprayed in Tamiya TS-3 Flat Dark Yellow & waiting to properly harden before assembling after the weekend.
To be.fair painting 75% of this kit isn't hard!!!

Only glued half a dozen things together today but man what a difference.........It looks like a vehicle!

All done bar a couple of tiny details to paint in like the hood straps & front fender marker lights, plus the radiator skull mascot needs gluing in place.
I know the pic is shite but the lights terrible in here so I'll take some nice daylight pix in the morning.
Wish I'd weathered it a bit now though.........

Jv raised a good point here……. how long before companies stop producing certain kits cos they contain some elements that may offend?
I remember the removal of the rebel flag on the MPC Dukes of Hazard. Charger box art.

I came across some fantastic kits over the weekend
It became a bit expensive
Will be going back for more just got to make a bit more coin first 😆
But sure to find this kit still sealed was sure one of the highlights
But I also got a nice collection of other things just as good

I spoke to a friend of mine about the kit and he said that is a cool kit I think I will see if I can get one
