Building all military planes and army vehicles that took part in the Indo-Pakistani war of 1965 as they are listed in the brillant book "From Kutch to Tashkent"by Farooq Bajwa. At the moment it is unfortunately yet understandably sold out. I believe a 2nd edition will follow soon.
It is a challenging project as no other war was fought with a greater variaty of tanks. The number of different planes is far smaller, yet it still will be a respectable task to hunt them all down and build them historically reasonably accurate.
In a perfect world all of the war machines would be available in 1:48 and Tamiya level quality. In a slightly less perfect world they would be available at all with decals, special modifications and all.
Let's see. I think with some 3D-printing and scratch building as well as including 1:35 vehicles and as 1;32/ 1:72 planes I might make it within my life time.
BTW: I am inpartial concerning the complex political background of the conflict and have no desire whatsoever to engange in any discussion of this matter. When it comes to infomation and hints concerning the models every message is welcome.
