Finished my 2 P47s. 1st a Revell bubble canopy P47m of 62nd fighter Sqn flying out of Boxted, England early 1945. 2nd an Academy with chequered tail P47D flown by Lt Cecil O,Dean of the 317th fighter Sq out of Foggia Italy early 1944. I enjoyed building both these kits both having nice detail the Academy was let down by the decals. The Revell by flash and my hunt for carmin red (revell) ended up with khorne red (citadel). Other than that I used Tamiya.
