Mirko RömerThanks, Frank! The model has it's flaws. The mudguards were too wide, no MAN livery, the Chassis lacks some struts, the crane was wrapped for a reason. Some parts could be finer, check that solid wrecker boom. There's a reason why Modelcollect offers these kits in a pre-built and painted Version. Otherwise it was joy to work on, no surprises. A real beginner's kit, highly recommended.
The model was painted with AK's Real Colours FS 34079 Forest Green, lightended in some areas. Absolutely fantastic colours, very convincing. For giving that dusty look I used Vallejo Pigments Light Sienna after a wash of Vallejo's Dark Green wash.
