Good job with your second kit.😉
If I can give you an advice, cover the parts with the masking tape before paint. With this simply hack the black part of the airplane will be perfectly.

For a second build this is quite well done.

Good job, build that one myself once and really liked the kit. Amazing result for your second build ever, keep it up!

Nice work for a second kit, for sure. I agree with the masking suggestion. For me, that's the hardest part of any build - you spend so much time putting little itty bits of tape over everything (best to be safe, you'd be amazed where paint can get to, especially once you start spraying). It's frustrating because the job is called "painting" not "taping" so it feels like you're not getting ahead in the work... but you are... trust me. Spend an hour taping and ten seconds painting and you'll be ahead of the game.

And don't be tempted to remove the masks too soon. Yes, you do need the canopy masked when you're spraying the final matte coat.....
Now comes the hardest part; which kit next.
Keep it up!

I was going to suggest that as well... but I felt like that would be lying. It's good advice, to be sure, but I just don't seem capable of following it either...😉

Album info

This was a fun build. Made some mistakes but had a lot of fun building it. Hand painted as I didn't have my airbrush yet.
