had to play catch-up with my photography, I have been a bit lax in that department.

I dry brushed some reddish brown rust streaks then used a very thin wash of army painter's acrylic war paints "fur brown" to enhance the rust streaking. next step will be a clear dullcoat over all and then a very thin dot filter and some further rust detail. I actualy don't often prime much of anything ussualy to be honest

I thought about getting this kit. I've got Warspite & Graf Spee and Titanic. I'd like to have either a Japanese or a US battleship to have some variation. The Mrs is allowing me 1 display cabinet with 4 shelves 😛

I really like what you have done with this ship. Nice subtle weathering
