Very nicely done! When I was building this model, I had trouble with the landing gear and broke it in parts. It's now "recycled". No such trouble here and don't get me even started on the decals - beautifully done!

because the panels slide back to cover them these slats are gravity operated and fall out and slide back by gravity and when in maneuvering this helps with control at subsonic speeds

some people like to put them in because they look ugly but it looks better with them out i have this kit and i will be putting the slats out so you see the red

I spoked about the underside of the flaps, not the leading edge slats, never seen them before in red, only when lowered you can see the red inside for normal.

hang on my Skyhawk paint scheme says that the flaps should be white but maybe some Skyhawks had this
