I'm doing this kit at the moment Phil, and I have encountered a problem with the cowling. I was just going to have part of the engine on view, but after fitting the engine, I couldn't get any part of the cowling to fit correctly – so watch out for that. In the reference photos I found, when seen from the side on the real aircraft, the rear of the engine almost touches the bulkhead, but in the kit, there is quite a lot of empty space at the back. The engine seems too far forward, but I can't for the life of me, see what I have done wrong.

If you are looking for any other reference pictures, I found a build review of a quite astounding model. It's in German, but the photos are very informative.

I hope it helps.

Remarkable isn't it Spanjaard. When I was looking for reference photos, I also stumbled across, what I think is the manufacturers website. Couldn't find the price of the models, but I assume they are as staggering as the kits are:

tehnoart.eu/design-1.html

The aircraft they do are:
Ju-87 G-2 - 1/16
Fokker DR.1 - 1/16
Starfighter - 1/32

they certainly look amazing. but true, prices or where to buy them, are nowhere to be seen. maybe for the best, because the price of those toys will be even more impressive than their appearance....

I´m very interested. I have the G-2 in my stash too.

I've seen these, I thought these were only available with a collection books, and with every part you get some pieces (A bit like D'Agostini). I think I'm lucky in that way that they don't distribute these in Belgium... It would be a costly affair...

Thanks for the feedback guys! And thanks gorbygould, looking into it more it seems to be a well known snag with this kit.
