Oh yes, nice!
Very interesting how different the yellow looks now. I use also different primers (white and gray) to create a slightly different shade of the final color layer.

Fantastic result Martin. The two tone looks great. I'd like to find some more of these kits with clean lines and flowing fenders, as even the trucks look pretty!

Thank you Villiers, Marvel & Spanjaard.
Bugs, it's kinda like preshading panel lines on a plane. I must confess I didn't expect this result.
Two minds Kyle. There aren't much of these around anymore from a good company. There's some Italeri, Heller and MPC stuff, but that's it. Not counting icm's T-Fords

You're right of course. Better kits would be fantastic. But I have several terrible kits in my stash. It's never bothered me. I just try to do the best I can. If I like the subject I will attempt to build it.

Just as a little heads up. The '32 Ford Vicky, has nice running boards and fenders. You may also like the AMT model T? And I can't leave without suggesting, the Monogram "Bulldog Mack" That's a lovely kit, if you can get your hands on one? I have all 4, in the series.

Ahh. Bozzer. Don't tell me there's been an Monogram bulldog Mack kit put there this whole time. When I was but a boy I had a couple diecasts of bulldog Mack's. Always loved those trucks!

Kyle, there's 4 variants. Stake truck, tanker, dump truck and logging truck. It's taken me a while to collect them all, but basically they're all the same cab, with a different rear bed. Lovely little kit, and almost a pleasure to build. I took a visit to the Mack Museum in Allentown, PA. Saw the real thing and heard about it's history. Fantastic background of a true American great! Best part is, it was actually nicknamed by my fellow Brits, and the Bulldog story started! If you ever get the chance to visit PA, put the museum on your list. I was in there nearly 3hrs, so plan half a day. Lots of cool stuff in there 100%

Bozzer, I take a trip to Pennsylvania almost once a year for some racing obligations! Thank you For the recommendation. I've been near Allentown but did not know about the Mack museum! That's awesome. I've already been on eBay looking at bulldog kits. Lol. Looks a treat!

Martin, apologies for jacking your thread. @Kyle, definitely make a point of going. They give you a free tour, usually around an hour. Try to book in advance. However, get there early and get some pictures of the cool trucks in the parking lot. If you look on TripAdvisor, you'll see some pictures and videos.

Yes Martin, we did hijack your thread a bit. Still love your Citroen. I'll certainly add that museum to my to do list!

Appreciate your kindness Martin, but I think we're all good now? However, I've got a couple of builds on the go at the moment, if you want to have a look? Feel free to hijack, whenever you want 😉
