This is a Hasegawa kit with Eduard PE set.
I decided to go with an open hood to show the DB601 engine (from the BF109E Eduard's model which I had in stash). The model was completely riveted and painted with Gunze colors. The decals are by Skymodel.
This album is attached to project Macchi C.202, 70^sqd 23°gruppo 3°stromo.

Wonderful mate! More Regia Aeronautica builds to the people, I just love their planes and camouflage...

very nice... lovely paintjob. How did you do the green blotches?

Thanks everyone, I appreciate your comments.
For sure Regia Aeronautica are one of my favorite WWII aircraft for their camouflage.
I did those blotches with a PE blotch mask from the BigED PE set... quite tricky to use on certain places, lots of bending it, lots of possible over-spray... but nice result overall...

As Italian, me too I love Regia planes, also camo scheme aren't "easy" to paint. In my opinion you re-create the scheme very very well on your model, the spots are the same than those on real planes. The "nocciola chiaro" (light nut brown) you've chosen is really appropriate. And, at the end, thanks to revitalized an "Vespa Arrabbiata" (angry wasp) plane
