Hello,
This is my last bust : « Russian Sniper “, from Alexandros Models.
The figure is supposed to represent Jude Law, in the “Enemy at the Gates” film, were he is acting as Vassili Zaïtsev, the famous Russian sniper.
Zaïtsev claimed as much as 242 kills during WWII.
He was using the sniper version of the famous 7.62mm Mosin-Nagant rifle. This version has a more accurate machining than the standard version, and a specific telescopic sight.
Around 37 million units of the the Mosin Nagant model were built for the Russian army.
