yeah it is a basic kit, Nazid. like a big empty shell. construction was super easy and fast. the biggest issue was the burner cans that totally missed the mark. box reviews tell that this kit was designed back during the Iron Curtain, and Revell could only guess what the burner cans look like.

Yeah, having another look, those cans do NOT look like RD-33's to me! Too narrow and elongated, but they look nice anyway

Album info

The venerable Revell 1/32 kit in Malaysian Air Force (TUDM) markings from ScaleNutz decals.

The kit itself is a mix of bag of things. lots of reviews has shown that, so beware. it is, though dirt cheap for a 1/32 scale kit and would go well with any of Soviet/Russian aircraft collection.

The decal depicts an aircraft with the Malaysian Air Force (TUDM). This set is from ScaleNutz that focuses on SEA air forces. their decal is thin, in register, and has little transparent film. the decals works well with Mr. Mark Setter and Mr. Mark Softer. It was a bit struggling with Revell Decal Soft.

I used Tamiya cement Regular and the Extra Thin exclusively all throughout the build. This also includes Tamiya Regular White Putty, Tamiya Epoxy, and Tamiya enamel paints. The primers are Mr. Surfacers. and the final coats are from Mr. Color clear base and Testor Dulcote.

I spent approximately 105 to 110 hours on this, working in marathon for 35 days, spanning just under 6 weeks. from that, construction took 25% of the
