SAAB JAS-39C Gripen, Swedish Air Force

as many have already seen, the old Revell/Trumpeter kit is horribly innacurate.
with no better offers on the market, i have decided to make a compromise and somewhat correct the innacurate kit, using the experience i have gained while fixing old previously built gripens saved from the scrapyard.

i have already opened 1 of the 4 kits and have printed out a 3-view drawing to 1/144 scale.

modifications needed are:

-filing down the thickness of the intakes and exhaust nozzle
-extending the nose by 2mm
-shorten and reposition the nosewheel.
-replace canards with scratchbuild ones that are thinner and more accurate in shape
-new scratchbuild diverters on the intakes with thinner plastic
-new scratchbuilt landinggear doors for the nosewheel
-new weapons and decals.
