Zvezda "German sniper team WW2" which was pretty crappy kit. Bad positioning of figures, figure combo that don't make sense (3 figures with smocks and one without), not very compatible sniper/spotter positions..... Plus with this sniper figure arm/shoulder joint was poorly done. It fit well by default but glueing it that way would end with rifle being pointed up at sharp angle which makes no sense either in this scenario or in general. So I had to do plenty of cutting/puttying to make it fit properly
I built it because I wanted to try some new terrain building techniques but once I realised how figures are positioned I had to ditch that and instead build this simple sniper hole. I was planning on doing them lying on gentle slope but alas.... Plus the bane of all modelers "It was cheap and at this price it would be a sin not to buy it!"
Still, moderately satisfied with overall look even if it's not what I planned. Got to practise a bit more complex terrain than standard "take flat piece of wood, slap paste o
