1969 Dodge Charger 500

In 2010 we did this exchange of model kits for the first time. There was no motto at all so the outcome was exciting.

I got this Dodge Charger. My goal was something heavy for the road with the look of an old jet. It remembers at some end time movies.
Only to notice: the engine is out of the 1971 Charger, the rivets are done by hand. Each one. The interior is empty and reduced to the dashboard, the drivers seat and some wiring.

Looks excellent, ready to meet the apocalypse in style & streamlined! I never bonded with the idea that when judgement day comes, everybody will start randomly welding rusty gardening equipment to the body of their cars... This looks so much better! 👍

Thank you, danke schön!
I had fun on building this. I counted the rivets, I pushed into the styrene but forgot the number. It was more than 1500.
@Slavo ... This could be an idea for another project. Gardening equipment to the car😉
