Marc StecherBuild is done, tomorrow a little filling here and there and the seal is ready for colors. Seems like the decals were lost somehow, couldn´t locate them and therefore had to order them from Revell. Might take up to 3 weeks until they arrive.

Marc StecherPrimer applied. Comes close to the final color. But I will do some preshading before and then apply the final coat of dust grey. After finishing the work, I must admit, that my filling and sanding knowledge has increased, on this one, the corrected spots are nearly invisible in contrast to my last builds. I´m getting better.

Marc StecherJust the first in a whole Uboat series. 😉 Collected already all the Revell kits...my wife´s mad about my purchases. 😄

Marc StecherMy first preshading ever. Turned out not that bad except a few sprinkles on the turret. Removed them afterwards.
